Finance, tax and HR for a growing non-profit GmbH
Multi-year support across accounting, non-profit tax law, HR systems and an international subsidiary.
Challenge
A fast-growing non-profit GmbH needed reliable structures in finance, HR and non-profit tax law – without building a large in-house back office. Special topics added on top: the four spheres of non-profit status, founding an Austrian subsidiary and switching HR software.
Approach
Introduced the first HR software (2022) and supported the later migration to its successor system. Optimised insurance coverage with ongoing support. Resolved tax topics, in particular around the four spheres of non-profit status. Supported the founding of an Austrian subsidiary. Prepared the annual accounts together with the tax advisor from the FY 2020 close onwards. Supported liquidity and HR planning through 2024, plus ongoing involvement in special projects across accounting, fundraising and HR.
Result
A non-profit with reliable finance, tax and HR structures, clearly handled special topics and several audited annual accounts – run by a lean setup of management, tax advisor and external consulting.
